The Revision + Mont Blanc Ascent in 3 Days package focuses on technical review and acclimatization before attempting the summit. On the first day, you’ll complete a revision route chosen by your guide to validate your skills in cramponing, moving in a rope team, and managing effort at altitude.
The following days are dedicated to the classic ascent via Tête Rousse, the Goûter Refuge, and the Bosses Ridge, all the way to the summit of the roof of Europe.
This package is ideal for experienced mountaineers who wish to combine technical review, education, and performance, while experiencing the unique emotion of reaching
From early June to the end of September, departures daily based on refuge availability (except Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as the first weekend of August, which is the Guides’ Festival).
Directly on our website or using the dated and signed registration form, accompanied by a 40% deposit and any optional insurance fees. The balance must be paid 60 days before departure.
A maximum of 2 people per guide. You will be supervised by a mountain guide.
The experience of our guides allows us to firmly counter the often widespread idea that Mont Blanc is an easy climb. The guides only take those who are acclimatized and technically prepared to Mont Blanc. Without technical high-mountain experience, we can offer you other options: the Mont Blanc course in 5 or 6 days.
Mountaineering Training
You must provide proof of recent and successful experience on a technical summit involving the use of crampons and an ice axe, roped travel with at least one night spent in a refuge, and you must arrive acclimatized.
Endurance Training
You will need to hike between 6 and 12 hours per day. Therefore, you should prepare by engaging in “cardio” sports during long-duration sessions. Endurance sports: 2 or 3 sessions per week of cycling or running. We recommend intensifying your training sessions six months prior to the ascent.
Training for Mixed Terrain
From the first day, you will not be on a marked hiking trail; you will navigate through often very challenging terrain (slabs, scree, rock, snow, and ice). You can prepare by hiking in moderate mountains, off-trail forest outings, and climbing, which is also excellent training.
By the end of your training, you should be able to easily manage 1,500 meters of elevation gain and loss in a maximum of 5 hours.
Remember that for 4 days, you will be hiking with a backpack weighing 8 to 10 kilograms, which significantly increases the effort required. During your training, gradually practice hiking with this additional weight.
After your registration, you will receive a physical preparation guide prepared by our guides. You can also call us or send us your training schedules.

Repatriation
Having “assistance–repatriation” insurance is mandatory to take part in our trips: it must cover you in high mountains for search and rescue by helicopter. If you do not have “assistance–repatriation” insurance, we can provide one at a rate of €5/day.
Cancellation
We also offer optional “cancellation” insurance at a rate of €12/day. This insurance does not take into account the sporting nature of our trips. It must be purchased at the time of registration to take effect.
As a reminder, cancellation insurance covers you from the moment you register until the start of your trip if something happens and you cannot attend. We apply cancellation fees as specified on our registration form and in our terms of sale. These fees may be reimbursed by the cancellation insurance if your reason for cancelling is covered.
If you pay by credit card, feel free to check the insurance included with it.
As a reminder, in the event of cancellation you must file your claim with the insurer within 5 days of the accident or reason for cancelling, otherwise it will not be valid (then check whether the reason for cancellation is covered).
Insurance fees are non-refundable.
