Snowshoeing offers a chance to escape for a few hours into the heart of the Mont-Blanc massif, far from the bustle of the ski slopes. Guided by a mountain leader, you experience the gentle side of winter at your own pace, moving through snow-covered forests, sunlit alpine pastures, and panoramic viewpoints overlooking the surrounding peaks.
It is an experience accessible to everyone, ideal for a first introduction to the winter mountains. An opportunity to learn how to identify animal tracks, understand how wildlife lives through the winter, and feel the magic of silence in fresh snow.
Depending on the time of day — morning, afternoon, or sunset — the light transforms the landscape, creating unique atmospheres over the Mont-Blanc massif, Mont Joly, or the Aravis range.
A simple, restorative escape to share with family, friends, or on your own.
Depending on snow conditions, the outings will be conducted on snowshoes, with spikes, or on foot. Be sure to bring sturdy, high-ankle, waterproof hiking boots: no sneakers, low-cut shoes, or snow boots.
Group outings: every day in Saint-Gervais, Saint-Nicolas-de-Véroce, or Les Contamines.
Private outings: every day; the location and theme are defined with your mountain leader according to your preferences.
Directly on our website, by phone, or by email, as well as at our Saint-Gervais office year-round and at our Les Contamines office from the Christmas holidays onward.
