Meet your guide to check the equipment and carry out a short safety briefing (use of the avalanche beacon and reminder of essential instructions).
Then, you head out directly to find the best conditions of the day: sheltered valleys, forest clearings, wide slopes, or classic routes in the massif.
During the session:

• observation of the terrain and choice of lines
• searching for the best areas depending on the weather and wind
Return to the resort at the end of the morning
The guide may modify the program depending on the weather conditions, mountain conditions, and the participants’ level.

This introduction is for strong skiers in good physical condition who have already skied off-piste. You must be comfortable in all snow conditions and aware of the mountain environment: cold, effort, altitude, and natural hazards. The guide adapts the outing to the conditions and the group’s level to ensure enjoyment and learning.

Insurance is not included; you must have liability insurance to take part in these outings.
We recommend being covered by rescue, assistance, and repatriation insurance. If you do not have one, we can direct you to specialized providers (approximately €5 per day).

The exact meeting point is communicated the day before by the guide based on snow conditions. Outings take place mainly in Saint-Gervais or Les Contamines-Montjoie, on routes chosen for their beauty, accessibility, and the conditions of the moment.
